High Water Women sets seventh annual casino night

The event again hopes to raise $500K for youth, family, and women’s organizations.

The High Water Women Foundation has set its seventh annual casino charity night for April 26 at Gotham Hall in New York City.

The event will raise money for organizations that support at-risk youth, family poverty and women’s empowerment. Last year’s event at the same venue raised $500,000 and boasted 400 attendees from such firms as Glenview Capital Management, Highbridge Capital Management, Greenlight Capital and Pershing Square Capital Management.

Since being formed in 2005, the High Water Women have given out more than $2 million grants to nonprofit organizations.

Ticket packages range from $500 to $100,000 and can be purchased here.
